AT-KABUL: Former President Hamid Karzai met Monday with the representatives of the clerics, tribal elders and influential figures of Laghman province as well as Sorubi district of Kabul province.

Jameyatullah Hamidi, Atiqullah Abdulrahimzai, Sangarwal, Borhanullah Tauhidi and Maulavi Golab on behalf of the others, spoke on the national issues and shared their local problems with Mr. Karzai. They offered their viewpoints and suggestions to the ex-president.
