AT Monitoring Desk-KABUL: The Afghanistan ‘A’ Cricket Team returned home after participating in two series of cricket matches against Sri Lanka ‘A’ Cricket Team during their 21-day stay in that country.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) spokesman, Farid Hotak, told Afghanistan Times that the Afghan team had four matches against Sri Lanka ‘A’ team and won two of the matches.
He added the Afghan team also played One Day International (ODI) matches with the Sri Lanka Development Cricket Team and won two of them.
“One of the matches ended in draw due to rain and the fourth match was won by the Sri Lankan Cricket Team,” he added.
