AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Thursday claimed the arrest of a Daesh and three Taliban fighters in northern Takhar and Kunduz provinces.
In a press statement issued here, the spy agency said that its operatives succeeded in arresting one Daesh and three Taliban militants in separate operations in Khwaja Ghar district of Takhar province and Chahardara district of Kunduz.
The Daesh fighter was identified as Nasrullah who is a citizen of Tajikistan. He was recruited by the multinational terror group through internet and entered into Afghanistan to fight against Afghan security forces.
The detained Taliban insurgents were identified as Abdul Qayom, Nasratullah and Mohammad Sadiq, who were involved in different subversive activities in Chahardara district.
