AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Saturday said that a suicide attack was thwarted in Kabul.
The NDS in a media statement said that it has arrested two terrorists, including a would-be suicide bomber and a terror attacks planner, with a corolla vehicle full of explosives.
The arrested terrorists belonged to the notorious Haqqani Network, added the statement.
The detained terrorists confessed during primary investigation that they planned to conduct terrorist attack in a crowded area of Kabul city, the media statement said.
