AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Tuesday said that an ammunition cache of the Haqqani terrorist network was discovered and confiscated in Kabul.
In a statement the NDS said that its operatives managed to discover and confiscate an ammunition cache belonged to the Haqqani terrorist network in Tarakhil village of DehSabaz district.
The ammunition cache included two rocket propelled grenades, 11 magnetic bombs, 17 capsules of mines with some other military equipment, which discovered seized through an operation by spy agency operatives, added the statement.
The Haqqani terrorist network planned to conduct terrorist activity on Hamid Karzai international airport, which was thwarted by NDS forces, noted the statement.
