KABUL: The Kabul Police arrested 15 people on the charge of different crimes during a crackdown carried out in Kabul city and its districts.
Police succeeded in identifying and arresting 15 people accused of killing, armed robbery, plundering and stealing mobiles of the citizens in 2nd, 4th, 5th, 13th, 17th PDs and Bagrami, Chahar Asiab and Paghman districts, the Ministry of Interior said Sunday in a statement.
Three rifles, one AK-47 and two stolen vehicles were also discovered and confiscated from the detained culprits, the statement added.
According to the statement, the detained cases have been referred to the judicial organs for further inquiry and proceeding.
