AT-KABUL: At least 12 people from a single family were killed in a roadside bomb explosion in southeastern Ghazni province.
Ghazni deputy governor, Ahmad Ali, said that the tragic incident took place on Friday morning, when a passenger vehicle struck a roadside bomb in Khogayani village of Qarabagh district.
He said that all the victims of the incident were members of the same family. Women and children were also among those killed in the blast, Ahmad Ali added.
No group has claimed the responsibility of the blast so far.
It is pertinent to mentioning that Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blasts usually result in killing of innocent civilians.
