Kabul: In its final statement, the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization called for the establishment of an inclusive government in Afghanistan. The declaration of this organization states: “Member countries consider it very important to establish an inclusive government in Afghanistan with the participation of representatives of all ethnic, religious and political groups in the Afghan society.”
They emphasized that they support an independent, neutral, united, democratic and peaceful Afghanistan, free from terrorism, war and drugs.
At the same time, Shaukat Mirziyoyev, President of Uzbekistan, while speaking at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Samarkand, emphasized the importance of establishing peace in Afghanistan and said: We support the establishment of peace and social economic improvement in Afghanistan. This is one of the most important priorities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization; the people of Afghanistan need the support of their neighbors more than ever. We should not repeat the mistakes of the past and leave Afghanistan alone with its problems.
The leaders of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization also strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations in a joint statement issued at the end of the annual meeting of this organization in the historical city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
A part of the declaration of this organization states: “According to national laws and based on consensus, member states will try to prepare common principles and approaches to form a single list of terrorist, separatist and extremist organizations; Organizations whose activities are prohibited in the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
