AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) said its operatives arrested seven terrorists in the southeastern Logar province.
“Intelligence operatives arrested the rebels in a joint operation with national army and police in Azra district,” it said in a statement.
Three caches of ammunitions were seized in the district, in which a large number of AK47 machine guns, 82mm mortar shells, M16 rifles, 22 rocket launchers, landmines and grenades were found and confiscated, the statement said.
The seized ammunition were used for killing the innocent people in the province, added the statement.
