KABUL – The Russian Ambassador to Afghanistan, Dmitry Zhirnov, has announced that the 9th St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, also known as the “Common Cultures Assembly,” will take place from November 16th to 18th, 2023.
According to a statement issued by the Russian envoy, participants in the cultural forum will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful exchanges, discuss modern trends, and deliberate on various topics within the framework of the global cultural agenda. The event will provide a platform for in-depth dialogues on multiple professional subjects, aiming to foster agreements based on shared creative initiatives and multilateral cooperation. These discussions are instrumental in preserving and expanding the universality of the world’s cultural diversity.
The forum will facilitate unique opportunities for diplomatic dialogues and discussions among foreign culture ministers and international organization officials. One of the key highlights of this assembly will be the meetings between culture ministers from various countries and leaders of international organizations.
