AT-KABUL: The Taliban splinter group’s commander Mullah Mansoor Dadullah was killed in a clash with rival group in southern Zabul province.
Spokesman to the provincial governor Noor Islam Seyal said that after a clash between the Taliban rival groups, Mullah Mansoor Dadullah was killed in Khak-e-Afghan district of Zabul province last night.
Dadullah showed opposition to the new Taliban’s supreme commander Mullah Akhtar Mansoor. He was one of the well-known Taliban isolated commanders.
It is pertinent to mention that for the last four days clashes were continued between the rival groups in Arghandab, Daichopan and Khak-e-Afghan districts. In the four-day fighting over hundred fighters from both sides were killed and injured.
