KABUL – The Taliban issued a statement on Saturday, urging nations to refrain from interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs. This comes in response to comments made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov regarding the establishment of a government in Afghanistan that incorporates all parties.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the interim government in Afghanistan, conveyed the message via Afghan state television. Mujahid emphasized to Lavrov that the interim government is a comprehensive administration inclusive of all factions within the country.
