AT-KABUL: A commander of a Taliban’s group has been arrested in the northern Parwan province, the national directorate of security announced Wednesday.
The commander has been identified as Abdul Mannan and was detained along with a number of his comrades in the Charikar city, the provincial capital, the intelligence agency said in a statement.
“They [the Taliban fighters] were involved in a number of terrorist activities in the province,” the statement added.
The indict were recidivism criminals, who had passed three years in jail and after releasing joined a terrorist group was leading by Hashmatullah in Charikar.
