AT-KABUL: A traffic accident in southern Zabul province left four people dead, while six others injured, said an official.
Gul Islam Sial, spokesman for Zabul governor office, told Afghanistan Times on Sunday that the incident took place on Kabul-Kandahar highway in Tazeerabad area of Shahjoi district around 2:30 pm on Sunday, when a passenger bus collided with a truck.
He said that there were no women or children among those killed and injured in the accident.
It is worth mentioning that reckless driving, poor infrastructure of roads and lack of traffic signs frequently lead to deadly incidents on highways.
