AT-KABUL: National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Monday said that its operatives arrested two Daesh fighters in eastern Nangarhar province.

A press statement issued by the NDS here on Monday said that operatives of the spy agency detained two Daesh fighters in an operation in Jalalabad, the capital city of Nangarhar province.

The arrested men were identified as Ataurahman and Abdullah.

The NDS also recovered a bomb from the arrested people, who wanted to plant it in a crowded area of Jalalabad.
