AT-KABUL: Two personnel of the Ministry of Education were killed and seven others wounded while their vehicle hit a roadside bomb in a district of Kabul province Monday morning, security officials said.
A bus carrying staff of the Ministry of Education struck by a roadside bomb in Kamari area of the Bagrami district at 07:00am, Mujeeb Mehrdad, a spokesman for the ministry told Afghanistan Times.
“Two staffs of the Ministry of Education were martyred and seven others were injured in the incident,” Mehrdad said.
He said that the injured were rushed to the hospitals and two d people, who were slightly injured, were discharged after treatment.
The Ministry of Education strongly condemned the attack over its staffs and called it an inhuman act against Islam and humanitarian.
Also the ministry asked the security organs to seriously prosecute the incident and bring before justice the perpetrators.
Nobody claimed responsibility for the attack.
