AT-KABUL: At least two troops have been killed and three others received injures in a suicide car bombing in southern Helmand province, an official said on Friday.
Confirming the bombing, the provincial governor spokesman, Omar Zwak said that incident occurred after a suicide car bomb exploded near to any army outpost in Girishk district of the province.
The Taliban insurgents have claimed responsibility for the attack.
This comes as recently at least eleven people were killed and 21 others received injuries after a suicide car bomber detonated his explosives outside a Kabul Bank branch in Lashkargah, the capital city of Helmand province. Children and women were among those killed and wounded in the barbaric act carried out the insurgents.
Again the Taliban insurgent claimed responsibility for the attack. It has been for years that tough fight between Afghan security forces and Taliban insurgents are underway in the province.
